The little I read says that A-F33 targets the blocking of protein synthesis and supposedly enhances collagen and elastin production. This was a PDF file from Avon and it didn’t go into much detail. The only other sources were adverts for the ” miracle” cream.

“Blocking” does not mean much in this context.
Usually, analogs inhibit enzymatic reactions involving the “real” think. In this case, that would be protein synthesis.
The studies I found were using this analog for studies with no implications at all for human biology, so I have no idea what it could do to living cells. I think the whole think is crazy.

I don’t mind “miracle fixes” that are safe, although I still consider them fraud.
This about using chemical without safety information is very uncommon. It is worse than using spin trap, another experimental tool that belongs in the lab. Another crazy one is using heavy water in cosmetics (!), and fullerenes also belong in the category of stuff that should require decades of scientific studies before going on to be used on humans.
